Exploring your personal relationship to power, status and authority allows you to navigate nuanced, organizational and communication dynamics with increased agility. This agility helps you accomplish your strategic, operational and professional objectives at the executive level.  Acting with power requires alignment of self-perceptions and perceptions that others have of you. The gaps in these perceptions dictate what capabilities to strengthen.  In this highly interactive, engaging, and fun workshop series you will identify your power goals and explore a challenging interpersonal exchange relevant to your career. This course is design especially for current coaching clients, includes series of three 60-minute intensive Workshop Sessions with a faculty director on the topics of Delivery, Power and Warmth. Interactive mini-keynotes and coaching exercises underpin this course. The course is offered monthly for a variety of global timezones. Class size varies.
