A cutting-edge program that combines expertise from social psychology, the performing arts and design thinking to develop agile, imaginative, future-ready leaders. This dynamic digital-enabled journey explores creative data-driven tools to generate influential relationships, amplify innovative voices, and embody inclusive leadership. Multiple modalities elevate this program. It includes a series of interactive synchronous workshops, personalised coaching sessions, and individual asynchronous  self-paced quests. In it you will identify and hone the specific behaviours that manifest abstract values as concrete practices for people and teams. 

This quarter-long program for emerging and senior leaders can be offered to intact or cross-functional teams, or as open enrollment across the organisation. The creative program design incorporates data-supported behavioural strategies, cutting-edge teaching science, self-paced learning elements inspired by game theory, coaching and peer coaching.
