Cohort Program beginning Spring 2024
Service Description
Enroll a small group in this powerful virtual leadership journey bringing together the arts, social science research and emerging tech. Their journey begins with a live virtual interactive Kick-off Workshop with Faculty Directors Dan Klein & Melissa Jones Briggs on Thursday 23 May 2024 at 3PM GMT. Three self-paced, playful, asynchronous Quests follow on the topics of innovation, inclusion and influence with real-world application in their day-to-day career. Each of the 3 Quests include a live virtual 1:1 personalised coaching check-in session and 1:1 cohort-peer sparring session. These will be scheduled after their enrolment confirmation. They can anticipate spending about 60-90 minutes of synchronous or asynchronous work on this course each week. Program concludes with a live virtual Capstone Event with Faculty Directors on Thursday 18 July 2024 at 3PM GMT. Upon completion of the course they will a certificate, access to the alumni network, and discounted 1:1 coaching rates for 2 years. Please complete the enrollment form for your leaders. They should keep an eye out for their first personalised badge, access to the site's app and member area, and link to book their 3 coaching sessions. We cannot wait to meet them!
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the Journey you are booked on, you may substitute, by prior arrangement and after notifying us via email (hello@stroemquest.com), someone else from your organisation on one occasion. If you are unable to attend, and not in a position to substitute your place to another person then the following charges will apply: Cancellation - Journey: 21 days before the program: 25% of the fee 14 days before the program: 50% of the fee 5 days before the program : 75% of the fee Less than 5 days before the program: 100% of the fee. Please note that full payment is required for non-attendance on a booking that has been transferred. Cancellation - Coaching: For a coaching session to be rescheduled the client must provide, 48 hours advanced notice to reschedule in-person sessions and 24 hours advanced notice to reschedule sessions via phone or video, or the coaching session is considered cancelled. Cancellation and No-Show - Coaching Sessions If a session is canceled or the client does not show up for their session, the session will be considered completed and all fees retained. The session can not be rescheduled after being cancelled.
